Corner our customers have the opportunity to work directly
with the builder right from the sales contract stage through
to design and finishing.
A variety of plans developed specifically to reflect our customers'
requirements and our craftsman style design criteria are available.
Our new single level rancher models feature two and three bedroom
plus den designs. More traditional designs with formal dining
room/living rooms are also available. Attached double garages
are standard.
Our customers begin by selecting their site and plan. Choices
in flooring, paint colours and kitchens are available in the
standard package; however, a wide range of upgrades are available,
as well as design modifications when structurally possible.
