This landmark Vancouver auto dealership was one of the first in the Lower Mainland to incorporate an elevated parking lot. This dual-level facility allowed Marine Chrysler to showcase their inventory of vehicles above and make the most of their fantastic urban location with parts and service facilities below. As one of BC’s leading commercial and industrial property developers, Rykon was selected in the late 1980’s to develop this multi-use project, which included both a large warehouse complex and a high traffic auto dealership.
